said Businesses of a Table Knife and Sword Cutler and removed to
Maiden Lane Covent Garden where he now resides and carries on a
Steel Manufactory in which he obliged the said Petitioner John Barnett< no role >
to work and neglected to teach and Just [..] him in the said businesses
of a Table Knife and Sword Cutler That working in the said
Manufactory being very unwholesome it affected the health of the
Petitioner John Barnett< no role > and being contrary to the said Articles he a short
time since withdrew from the Service of the said John Taylor< no role > And that the
said Trades or Businesses of a Table Knife and Sword Cutler being Crafts
Mysteries or Occupations used or Occupied within the Realm of England
and Wales before the fifth Year of the Reign of her late Majesty Queen
Elizabeth The Petitioners apprehended that the said John Barnett< no role >
would not be able to set up or follow the said Trades or Businesses after
the expiration of the Term mentioned in the said Articles and therefore
praying that the said John Barnett< no role > might be discharged from the
said Articles which said Appeal Stood duly adjourned unto this
Day Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been
alledged by the Counsell for the said Parties in and concerning the
Premises It is Ordered that the said Appeal be and the same
is hereby dismissed.
