It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal-
between the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Littleton
in the County of Middlesex
Appellants and the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Shepperton
in the said County Respondents
touching the settlement of Martha Smith< no role >
and her two Children Elizabeth< no role >
and Susanna< no role >
aged Two Years which stood duly adjourned unto this Day
Do at the request of the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Littleton
stand further adjourned until the next General
Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and on notice hereof in the
mean time to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Shepperton
they and all persons concerned do attend the
Court at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the Eighth day of May
next at the hour of Nine in the forenoon of the same Day to hear and
abide the judgment and determination of the said Court touching the
said Appeal.-
