reason only, this Deponent did not proceed to give any
Notice of Trial or Enter a Venue to Try his said Traverse
at the present Session Nevertheless to the great
Surprize of this Deponent he was on Tuesday last
informed that the Prosecutor was then about to move
this Honorable Court to Estreat the Recognizance
of this Deponent & his Bail for not proceeding to Trial
according to the Exigency of such Recognizance &
verily believes an Order of Estreat was thereupon
made by this Honourable Court
And this Deponent William Bour for himself saith
that he did yesterday serve the above named Thomas
Mill
< no role > & also Mr. Fletcher his Solicitor , severally with a
Notice in writing purporting that this Honorable Court
would be moved on the Morrow that the above named
Defendants Recognizance to Try his Traverse might
be respited and that he might have have of this
Honorable Court to Enter his Venue & Try his
Traverse on the above Indictment at the present
Session: askey a true Copy of such notice hereto annexed
will more fully appear
