Middlesex (to wit)


This is to Certify that John Vistirin< no role > of the
Parish of Saint George Hanover Squares who on the Turth
day of October One One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eight
Seven entered into a Recognizance with Sureties (to prosecute [..]
Appeal with Effect against my Conviction) Voluntarily come
before me on the Twenty Third day of October Instant and paid
the Sum of Three Pounds being the Penalty incurred,
For that He the said John Vistirin< no role > had Used or Worn One
Dozen and Half of Dozen of Buttons. bound with Cloth
or other Stuff contrary to the Statute in that case and
Provided.

Given under my Hand and Seal at the Public of Office
in Chapel Street Westmisnter in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid the Twenty Third day of October 1787.
