On the Prosn. of George book< no role > for an Assault

James Macginnis< no role > of Golden Lane in the parish of Saint
Luke in the County of Middlesex book Maketh Oath and saith that he
went in Company along with John Burne< no role > the above named Deft others to
to the Stone house in Old Street Read on the 20th day of August last for
the purpose of settling the disputes betwn. them being cross Indictments they
accordingly did so settle such Prosecutions And this deponent further
saith the signed a General Release being a subscribing Witness thereto
when the Planff informed the Deft the wod. pay his Expences. & discharge
the recognizance of the same which he this deponent understood the
Prosecutions on both sides was at a total end. And further this deponts.
upon his Oath saith that the above named Prosecutor accepted of
a Leg of Mutton for supper for the full satisfaction discharge
of such Prosecution
