Take in Reports

Resolved that the said Report be
received and confirmed.

Resolved that Mr. Thos. Aris< no role > be permitted
to serve the Prisoners in the Bridewell and New
Prison at Clerkenwell with Bread till the County day
of the next Session.

Mr Stirling having informed the Court that
he had received the following Letters from Messrs
Milne & Couse in Answer to his application to them
for their charge for their trouble in valuing the
ground in Cold Bath Fields Vizt. " New River Head
"Nov 15. Mr Mylnes most respectful Complts wait
"on Mr Stirling, and begs leave to acquiant Him
"that Mr. Mylne has left the matter of the Surveys
"Valuation &c of the Ground near Cold Bath Fields
for the Middlesex House of Correction to the
Opinion of Mr Couse who was joined with him
in that business, and that whatever Mr Couse
shall be pleased to do in that affair, Mr-
Mylne will most cheerfully acquired in on purpose
