declared a County Bridge and Dr Glasses having
Seconded itand the Question being put thereupon It was carried in the affirmative.

of £100 be given by this Court towards the
Expence of Building the said Bridge upon the
Memorilists undertaking that it shall be
completed according to the Terms offered to this
Court by the second proposition in the said
Memorial
which was resolved unamiously
in the affirmative
The Report from the Committee
appointed to examine into the
irregularites that happened at
Highgate
in the passing of Vagrants
having been read in the following
words Viz.
Some Paper was read showing that the Mary Richmond
was a public Highway & that the Bridge
therefore still
continued do. That is absolutily accepary to be stated
There is no paper at the sessn House to that purposed but
I have sent to Mr Holand who the leave had
a grant of this Terry to desire he would have
me with the Act of Parham for build to
Bridge from which it appears that it was a publick
sent
