Mr Fruling in answer to the favour of his obliging Note
of the 7th Insr, he immdiately Consulted Mr Mylne & they
beg leave to say that in Consideration of-their trouble at the
Several meetings held in June & October 1785 with the
Measures taken by them & attendances with Mr Gorham
"that ten Gnuieas each will not be an improper charge
"To the Gentlemen the Magistrates of the County of Middlesex
Scotland yard Novr 11 1786"

Resolved unanimously that the
Sum of Jen Gunieas each be paid to Messrs Mylne
& Couse for their Trouble in serveying and valuingValuation ofthe Ground in Cold
Bath Fields and that the Clerk of the peace dodraws
make out an Orders on the Treasurer of this County for the payment
thereof accordinglyand transmit the same to the said
Messrs. Mylne & Couse

applied to Mr Bently and Aufiney for the representatives of the late Mrs. Being & inform him
to pay to Mr Beuness representatives & was over

parts agreed to accept the same & that he was now willing
to complete the purchase of the Ground in Cold Both fields so far as respected his

that the Body of Quakers had withdrawn their application
relative to the Garden Ground late in the possession of

That the Sessn. had Consented to give=
= a furn Sum of 100l. as a Compensation for the loss they night
Justice by the alteration of the Price of Rocks to his Clients bet. the Time of
agreeing for the Purchase of their Interest & the present time
andMr Bently that
