That the whole of these Demands amount to Two hundred and Eighty
Six Pounds and Six pence half penny and the Charges in the said
Several Bills and Demands appearing to your Committee to be just
and true It is their Opinion that the same ought forthwith
to be paid
And Your said Committee further Report
That having referred the said several Bill of
Joseph Wood< no role >
, Jeremiah Williamson< no role >
and John Severn< no role >
to Mr Hall the
Housekeeper at the Sessions house to Mr Harwood the Governor of the House
of Correction
at Clerkenwell
and to Mr Newport the Keeper of the New Prison
to Examine whether the several Works Charged in the said Bills respectively
to have been done at the several Buildings under their care respectively
and they having severally certified that the same had been duly performed
Your Committee are of Opinion that the said several Bills should be
paid
And Your Committee further Report
That they have Examined and Compared the allegating
contained in the Petition of William Watherston< no role >
the Baker
wit the assize
of Bread during the Period mentioned in the said Petition and also with the
Quantity Bread by him delivered to the Prisoners which appearing to Your
Committee to be true as Stated in the Petition Your Committee are of
Opinion that the Sum of £7"15"5½ appears to be due to the said
William Watherston< no role >
upon the Terms of his Contract.
