To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields in the said
County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or
Order under the Hands and Seals of [..]
and I Walker Equires Two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
26th Day of January 1785 George Graham< no role > Mary< no role >
his Wife and their male Child named John< no role > were
removed and Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County
of Middlesex to the said Parish of saint Martin
in the Fields as the Place of their last Legal
Settlement

Your Petitioners conceive
themselves Aggrived by the order
of the said two Justices therefore
humbly appeal to this Court
against the same and pray
Your Worship a will be pleased to
Appoint a Day in this Present
Session for the Hearing and
determining the said appeal
