To the worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Session assembled

The humble petition and appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the Parish of Saint Katherine Coleman in the City of
London

Sheweth


That by an Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of the [..] and
D. Wilmot Esquires tow of his Majestys Justices of the peace acting
in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Rate the fifth day of February 1785 Elizabeth Taylor< no role >
Widow was removed from the parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex to the parish of Saint Katherine Coleman
in the City of London adjudging the said Parish of Saint Katherine
Coleman to be place of her last legal Settlement whereby you
petitioner conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to this Court
agt. the adjudication of the said two Justices and their
said Order and pray that your Worships will please
to appoint a Day for the Hearing of this Appeal
and to order that the Ch. wrdns & ovrsrs of the
poor of the parish of Saint Leonard in Shoreditch
afsd. and Psons concerned do them attend this Court
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of your Worships in the Premises And your Petitoner
shall ever pray
