Mr Eyles is hereby authorized and required to pay the same to the
said Representative out of hisproper Stock of this County taking aMonies which may come to his hand by
Receipt for the same to be allowed in his first Account asVirtue of the sd. Order appointing him
Treasurer or Receiver as afsd And that the said Representative do forthwith
deliver over to the said Justices who shall Examine the said
Account or to the Clerk of the Peace of the said County or his Deputy
all the Accounts and Vouchers and other Books Papers and Writings
belonging to this County and removing in his Hands as Treasurer
or Receiver as aforesaid at the time of this Decease and the said
Justices are desired to make their Report of the matters aforesaid
at the next Sessionon the County day of thesamenext Session agreed to

It is Ordered that the above Committee do meet
at this Peace on Thursday next at the hour of 12 precisely
and that Mr Eyles as Treasurer do pay all such Sums of
Money as the said Committee shall direct and also all Such
other Sums of Money and particularly the Duty on the Insurance
of the Session House now due as ought to be paid by the
Treasurer of this County

Whereas at the General Quarter Session of the Peace held for
this County in the Month of April last a County Rate or Assessmt.
of £4000. was Ordered and Made in pursuance of the Statute
on that behalf and the several Sums thereby Assessed were thereby
made payable to John Benson< no role > Gentleman then Treasurer of
this County who is since deceasedWhereuponAnd His Majestys
Justices of the Peace of this County assembled in this present Session
havingin pursuance of the same Statute appointedappointed Charles Eyles< no role > of
Lincolns
