Chairman and the rest of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace in the County of Middlesex in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled:

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Anne in the County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or
Order under the hands and Seals of William Blackmore< no role >
Esquires and the reverend Herbert Maye< no role > Doctor in
Divinity two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace in
for the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 13th. day of December 1784 whereby
Joseph Scott< no role > was removed and conveyed from and out of
Parish of Saint George Middlesex to the said Parish of
Saint Anne Middlesex as the Place of the last legal
settlement of the said Joseph Scott< no role > .

Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves to be aggrieved by the said Order or
pass Warrant humbly Appeal against the
same to your Worships and pray relief in the
Premises & that a day in this present
Session may be appointed fro the hearing
& Determining the said Appeal
And Your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
