the County of Middlesex

The humble Petition of Frans Gray< no role >

Sheweth


That Your petitioner has been regularly
brought up to the Surveying Business under
Mr James Carr< no role > and has been employed by him
in the Various Branches of the Business for
nine Years. therefore humbly presumes to
offer himself a Candidate to be Surveyor and
Supervisor for the district of St. James and St. John
Clerkenwell

We whose Names are under written being
Surveyors and Builders do Certify that Mr. Gray
we believe to be in every respect well Qualified for
the above office knowing him to have been
regularly educated for the Prosession of a
Surveyor and Supervisor
