their fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep
the Peace in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine
divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdemeanors committed
in the same County in pursuance of the said Act fourteen
discreet Persons skilled in the Art of Building were nominated
and appointed Surveyors or Supervisors of that part of the said County
mentioned in the said Act and also such part of the said County
as aforesaid was appointed into fourteen districts and likewise
the districts which should be under the respective Survey of
Such Surveyors or Supervisors were appointed;and [..] er
[..] Oath for the true and impartial execution of their Office
in that behalf was administered to the said Surveyors or
Supervisors appointed as aforesaid
