he had ever undertaken to defray such Expences over
would he pay any part of the said Charges It is
Ordered that Application be made to the Corperator
of the City of London touching the premises
It being represented to this Court that several alteration
had been made in New prison at Clockmaker under the director
of the Sheriff of this County for the accommoda
tion of the Sheriffs debetor therein conformed
It is ordered that the recoral Workmen and
Tradesman Employed in the making the said alterations
be informed thatthis Countyhis Majesty
Justices of the peace will not be answerable
for the [..] charges thereby incurred had that
they must took to their employers for
payment of their respective demand

have any demands on this County (except those
whose demands an governed by special Contract
