Happening into this Count that the Commons
of this County do make a turn of hire of for
Receiving

of the Peace for this County being called for

It being represented unto this Court that applicaton had
been made pursuant to the order of the last Sessions to
the late Sherriff of this County for the payment of the Rent of the
Guard house and for the other expences incurred by the
County in respect to the security and maintenance
of the Sheriff prisoners in the house of Carrection at
Clerkenwell but that Rice of the Sheriffs had declared
