on Wednesday the 17thday of October 1781

Whereas Thomas Abraham Yowell< no role >
hath at this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of Jeremiah Smith< no role > andthe said Henry Cordwell< no role > a Witnesses
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
Henrythe Sum of six shillings & 6d.
