At the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate holden for the County of
Middlesex at Justices hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the City of
London on wednesday the 17th. day of October 1781.

Where John Proper< no role > hath
at this Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of Thomas
Maberley< no role > and William Kendall< no role > and Anthy. Brunker< no role >
two Witnesseshaving prayed tobe allowed for their expences
and loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court think
reasonable It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer of this County
do forthwith pay to the said William & Anthony five shillings
& 6d. each.
