It is moved by Mr Bishop that the
Constables of Finsbury Division be ordered to
attend this Court on Thursday next
to answer the complaint of Mr Bishop
for a defect in the execution of their
duty in omitting to present to the Grand Jury disorderly
Houses, pointed out to them as such
and confessed by them to be disorderly
they urging as an excuse for such
refusal that they had received orders
from the Magistrates not to present
them to the Grand Jury, but if they
have been disorderly to lay the informa
-tion before them as Justices.
