The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwrdens and Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of Saint Mary at Hile London

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of David Wilmot< no role > and John Spiller< no role >
Esquire two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the sd.
County (one whereof being of the quorum) bearing date the 11th.
day of June last Elizabeth Smith< no role > Singlewoman was
removed and Conveyed by the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Sr. Matthew Bethnal Green in the
County of Middlesex from and out of the said Parish to the sd.
Parish of St. Mary at Hile as the place of her last legal
Settlement

Your Petitioners Conceiving themselves to be
Aggrieved by the sd Order or Pass Warrant
humbly appeal against the same to your
Worships and pray Relief in the Promisses
and that a day in this present Session may be
Appointed for the Hearing and determining the
sd. Appeal
