I am favourd with yours incloseing the proposalls
relative to an Association of Saint Clement's parish
and gave it to the Churchwarden; who hath consulted
the parish upon them; but they seem to hope and
think all danger is over from the Mob, and therefore
don't incline to take any thought about them, I am
