to furnish them with the Arms of the said Companies
during the Time of Exercise; and to defray any Expence [..] that
maybe occasioned byaccrue from the attendance of such Noncommissioned
Officers on that duty: We are therefore desired by the Committee
to Communicate these Propositions to You, that You may
forth with take such Measures as may be most proper for
giving immediate Notice thereof to the Inhabitants in Your
Parish.

And We have Subjoined a List of the Several Captains of
the Royal Volunteer Companies to whom application may be
made for appointing the Times and Places of Exercise most
agreable and Convenient for those Inhabitants who shall
apply for the Purposes aforesaid. We are,
