To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary
Le bone in the County of Middlesex .

Take Notice that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the parish of Chatham above written do not intend to prosecute their
appeal to his Majesty's Justices of the peace of and for the said County
of Middlesex at the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
holden in and for the said County of Middlesex against an Order under
the hands and Seals of two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said County of Middlesex for the removal of the above named Pauper
from the Parish of St. Mary Le bone aforesaid to the Parish of
Chatham aforesaid And we do hereby for and on the behalf of the said
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Chatham
countermand the Notice of Appeal given to You touching the said
Order-Dated the eleventh day of January 1780.
