To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint George in
the County of Middlesex ,

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of Do Wilmot and J. Pouleage Esquires Two of
his Majesties Justices acting in and for the said County of
Middlesex (One whereof being of the Quorum) hearing Date the
Thirtieth day of November now last past Mary Poldon< no role > the Wife
Robert Poldon< no role > and her four Children (Vizt) Nathaniel< no role > Aged
Eight Years or thereabouts, John< no role > Aged Six Years on thereabouts
Mary< no role > Aged Three Years or thereabouts and Eleaven Aged Ten
Months or thereabouts were removed and Conveyed from
and out of the parish of Saint Matthew Bethnall Green
in the said County of Middlesex to the said parish of Saint
George , as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Mary Poldon< no role > and her four Children

Your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the Adjudication of the said Two Justices
and therefore humbly Appeal to this Court against
the Same And pray your Worships will Appoint a Day
in this present Session for the Hearing and Determining the said Appeal
And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc
