The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saith Matthew
Bethnal Green in the County of MIddlesex

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order of Removal bearing date
the 27th. day of December last under the Hands and Seals of D. Wilmot
and John Spiller< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace in
and for the County of MIddlesex Henry Le Vallain< no role > , James Le Vallain< no role >
and Jane Le Vallain< no role > three Children (who have gained no legal Settlement on their own Right) lawful Issue of John Robert Le Vallain< no role > & of Ann< no role > his Wife who have deserted and left them destitute and unprovided for were removed and conveyed
from and out of the the Parish of Saint Mary Edmonton in the
County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Matthew
Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex as the place of their
last Legal Settlement

That your Petitioners apprehending themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order of Removal of the said
two Justices humbly appeal against the SameAnd pray that
your Worships will be pleased to order the Churchwandens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary Edmonton
and all other person concerned to attend this Honourable
Court some day this present Session to hear and abide the
[..] Judgment and determination of the Court touching
the Premises
