MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursday the thirteenth
Day of January in the twentieth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King
of Great Britain, Etc.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the parish
of Saint Paul Covent Garden in the said County of Middlesex Have at this
present Session Exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by
Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of the Worshipful
W Blackborow and Philip Dyot< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex aforesaid (one whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date the 8th day of December 1779 William Hunt< no role >
was removed from the parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden as the place of his
last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved
Whereupon at the request of the said Petitioners It is ordered that the
benefit of their said Appeal should be saved unto them and the hearing
and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the next
General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County and on
Notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Saint James Clerkenwell they and
all person concerned do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday
the twenty fourth day of February next at the hour of nine in the forenoon
of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of
the said Court touching the said Appeal
