To the Right Worshipful his-
Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex at
their General Sessions of the
Peace assembled

The Humble Petition of
the Chuchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Peter at Pauls Wharf ,
in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass
Warrant under the Hands and Seals of Two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for
the County of Middlesex , one where of being
of the Quorum, bearing Date the twenty second
Day of November last Past, Elizabeth Jones< no role > ,
Wife of Thomas Jones< no role > , was removed from the
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the said
County of Middlesex to the said Parish of-
Saint Peter at Paul's Wharf as the Place
of her last legal Settlement.

That Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves to be aggrieved by the said Order
of the said two Justices, humbly appeal to
this Hooruable Court against the same

And Pray that this Honoruable
Court will Please to appoint a day
for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal, and to make
such Order therein as shall be
just

And your Petitioners shall over Pray Etc
