of Hoxton
Surgeon
Saith he hath
this Day Examined the Deceased That there Appeared
to have been Two Ligatures Tied round her Neck
which Informant Supposes were the imediate Cause of
her Death by Straugulation That there is the
Mark of a Pin having been in her Throat But
Informant is of Opinion thattheysuch Pin could be no means
have been Instrumental in her Death
That he hath Examined her Privities and there is
no Lasceration or other external appearance of any
Injury there done to her That there does not
Appear any Other Marks of Violence about her which
could Occasion her Death That it his Opinion
that the above Ligatures could not have been fixed by
the Deceased herself so Tight as they Appear to have
been Tied And that they must have been Done by
some Other Hands That they were both Tied
so Fight that it Appears the Blood was entirely
Presented Circulation where each Ligature were certainly
And those Ligatures Informant thinks were certainly
the Cause of her Death
above Informations were severally
and Acknowledged the Day and
last above written before me
