Oath that he pleaded Not Guilty to the above Indict-
ment at the last Session and put in Bail to Try his
Traverse on the Same at the Present Session
and which he intended to have done but not
knowing the Rule of the Court and through
Ignorance Omitting to give Notice to the
Prosecutor in due time of the same he
hath been thereby prevented of Trying his

[..] ended to have done but will give the
[..] prosecutor due Notice of Tryal against
the next Session
