Sheweth

That In the year 1697 yor. Petr served the Office of Churchwarden for the pish
of St. John Wapping in this County and Gyan Order of this Honble Court
made in the Thirteenth Year of the Reign of his Late Maty King William
the Third Yor. Petr. was thereby Ordered to pay to Thomas Fryer< no role > Upper -
Churchwarden of the sd. pish the sum of £34.15s.11d. Which sum in pursuance-
of the sd. Order your petr. accordingly pd [..] tooke the Receipt of the sd. Thomas-
Fryer< no role > for the same But your petr hath not as yett been Reimbursed the
same from the sd. Pish.

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly prayes yor. Worspps
to be pleased to Order that the prsent Churchwds
& Ovseers of the Poor of the sd. Parish may-
appeare in this Honble Court this prsent
Sessions to shew cause why Your Petr. should
not be pd. sattisfyed the sd Moneys.
