MIDDLESEX .


At the GeneraSession of the peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks=Hall , in Saint John=Street,
(by adjournment) on Thursday the Fourth
Day of Junein the Eighteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc Before Sir John Hawkins< no role > Knight
The Reverend Sir George Booth< no role > Barnent John Barnfather< no role >
David Wilmot< no role > Esquires and others their fellows Justices of our said
Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and there
Misdemeanores committed in the same County

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Edmonton in the County of Middlesex Did at the last General Quarter Session of the
peace holden for this County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal Setting forth That
by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of Joseph Girdler< no role >
and John Cox< no role > Exquires two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County
of Middlesex (one whereof beng of the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty third day of
Marsh last Ann Wrindeley< no role > widow of Henry Wrindeley< no role > and Henry< no role > her Son aged
One Year were removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Bars in the said County of Middlesex to the Said Parish of
Edmonton in the County aforesaid as the place of their last legal Settlement
Whereby the petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved which said Appeal stood duly
adjourned unto this day Now upon hearing the said appeal in the Presence and
hearing of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn above the Bars and they consenting by their Counsel
to the allowing the said appeal It is Ordered that the said appeal be
and the same is hereby allowed and the said order or pass Warrant of the said
two Justices of hereby vacated and set aside And it is further Ordered
that the Churchwardens and Overseer of the poor of the said parish of Edmonton
do forthwith Conway and deliver back the said Ann Wrindley< no role > and her said Son
(together with a Copy of this order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said parish of Saint Andrew Holborn or to Some or one of them who are hereby
required to receive and provide fro the said Ann Wrindeley and her said Son until
they can free themselves from the charge thereof by due caurse of Law
