two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the
County of Middlesex
bearing date the thirteenth Day of
December last past

together with Rachael his
Child aged Six Months have been removed from the
Parish of Saint Pancreas
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Humberstone
as the Place of the said
Thomas West< no role >
's last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners apprehend themselves
to be injured and aggrieved by the said Order
Your Petitioners therefore appeal
against the said Order and
humbly pray that the Hearing
and Determination of them said
Appeal may be adjourned to
the next General Sessions of
the Peace to be holden in and for
the said County of Middlesex
And Your Petitioners shall ever pray
