MIDDLESEX .

WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto us, two of
His MAJESTY'S Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of MIDDLESEX (one whereof being of the
Quorum) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. LUKE , in the said County, That Elizabeth
Dunn
< no role > Wife of Michael Dunn< no role > (who is gone away
and left her) and her Child named Thomas < no role > aged
about ten Months have
lately come into the said Parish, Endeavouring to settle there,
contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the said Justices,
and we do adjudge that they are likely to become charge-
able to the said Parish; and upon Examination of the said,
Elizabeth Dunn< no role > taken upon Oath
it further appeareth unto us, and we do likewise adjudge [..]
the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields
County of Middlesex
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth
Dunn
< no role > and her said Child
These are therefore in His MAJESTY'S Name to Charge and
Command the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. LUKE , forthwith to remove and convey the said
Elizabeth Dunn< no role > and her said Child
from the said Parish of St. LUKE , to the said Parish of
Saint Giles in the fields and deliver them to the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them, who are hereby required to provide for them
according to Law. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals
the fifteenth Day of March 1773.

To the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the respective Parishes
of St. LUKE, in the County of MID-
DLESEX, and Saint Giles in the
fields In the County of
Middlesex
and to all other Officers whom it may
concern.
