WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for
the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum), by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Paddington in the said
County,That Mary Taylor< no role > and
Elizabeth Taylor< no role > Infants Vizt. the said
Mary of the Age of twelve years and the said
Elizabeth of the Age of Eight yeare Daughters
of Thomas Taylor< no role >
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
there, contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the
said Justices, and we do adjudge that they are [..]
[..] become chargeable to the said Parish; and upon Exa-
mination of the Premisses taken upon Oath, and other Cir-
cumstances, it further appeareth unto us, and we do like-
wise adjudge, that the Parish of Kenneton
St. Michel in the County of Wilts
is the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said
Mary Taylor< no role > and Elizabeth Taylor< no role >
These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Charge and
Command the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Paddington [..] forthwith
to remove and convey the said Mary Taylor< no role >
and Elizabeth Taylor< no role >
from the said Parish of Paddington [..] to the
said Parish of Henneton
and deliver them to the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, who are
hereby required to provide for them according to Law.
Given under our Hands and Seals the 14thDay
of January 17 73

To the Church-wardens and Overseers of
