To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in then
General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition of Stephen Boone< no role >
of Sunbury in the County of Middlesex Surgeon and Apothecary

Sheweth


That on the thirteenth day of August in the year of our Lord
one thousand seven hundred and sixty six one George Smith< no role > by the consent
and approbation of Samuel Cox< no role > and George Chandler< no role > Esquires bound
himself Apprentice to your Petitioner to serve him from the date of the said
Indar [..] for Seven years to Learn the Art and Mistery of Surgeon
and At others

That in pursuance of the said Indenteres the said
George Smith< no role > entered on such Service and continued with your Petitioner
hersaidOctober last about which tune the said George Smith< no role > behaved
in so outrasions a manner to your Petitioners other Servants that your
Petitioner was obliged to deliver up the said George Smith< no role > to his
Guardians to present worse consequence

That during the time the said George Smith< no role > was in
your Petitioners Service he always neglected your Petitioners Business and
when your Petitioner refremanded the said George Smith< no role > for such behaviour
he the said Smith would sell your Petitioner it was not in his power to Learn
the said Trade or business and therefore refused to give himself any Trouble
about the same and was continually quarrelling with your Petitioners
Family being fully determined on quitting your Petitioners Service
notwithstanding the said Indentures

Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays your Worships that the
George Smith< no role > your Petitioners said Apprentice may be
discharged for the remainder of the said Term from his said
Apprenticeship He by his counsel and Guardians consenting
thereto

And your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc
