To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St Sepulchre , in the Coun-
ty of Middlesex , and to the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
James in Dukes Places in the City
of London

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof
being of the Quorum) by the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
Sepulchre Middlesex ,That Thomas Webber< no role >
Maria < no role > his Wife and their two Children Viz
John < no role > Aged about 3 years & Isabella< no role > Aged
ten Months
lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of St Sepulchre and like-
ly to become Chargeable to the same; We the
said Justices upon Examination of the Premises up-
on Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of
the last legal Settlement of the said Thomas Webber< no role >
Maria his Wife and their two Children
Viz John and Isabella to be in the
Parish of St James Dukes Place in the City
of London

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name
to require you the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
Sepulchre Middlesex , on Sight hereof, to remove
and convey the said Thomas Webber< no role > Maria< no role >
his Wife and their two Children Viz John
and Isabella
from and out of your said Parish
unto the said Parish of Saint James

and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or to one
of them, together with this our Order, or a true
Copy hereof, who are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law.

Given under our Hands and Seals this 20th.
Day of January [..] 1770
