Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of
Middlesex on Monday the 19th. day of February 1770

It is Ordered that Peter Ayrey< no role > have Notice of this Appeal and
that he and all Persons concerned do Attend this Court on Thursday
next at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said
Appeal.
