That your Petitioner Assures your Worships he is not safe to Lodge
and Entertain his said Apprentice any longer for that by his own Confession
at the Times he so absents himself from his said Service doth with loose
Idle and disorderly Boys that go about picking of Pockets Cohabit and
of their Felonious Gains doth receive and partake

Your Petitoner therefore most humbly Prays that the said
Peter Ayrey< no role > may be discharged from his said Apprenticeship
with your Petitioner in such manner as to your Worships
shall seem meet And that your Worships will be pleased
to Appoint a Day at this present General Session of the
Peace for him and all Persons concerned to Attend this
Court to hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of the matter touching the said Appeal
