Middx to wit,


Whereas Complaint hath been made
unto Us two of His Majestys Justices of the peace in
and for the said County by Eliab Horton< no role > Apprentice to
Nicholas Brown< no role > of White cross Street in the Parish of Saint
Luke in the County of Middlesex Worker in Gold & Silver
that he the said Nicholas Brown< no role > hath run away & left
his said Apprentice Chargeable to the said Parish
whereby he is deprived of Learning his said Trade
These are therefore to require you to leave Notice at
the last usual place of abode of the said Nicholas Brown< no role >
to appear before Us [..] or two other of His Majestys Justices
of the peace for the said County at the House of Mr.
Lesterthe Sign of the Cherrytree Brdewell walk the said County
On Wednesday the 30th [..] day ofSeptemberAugust
at Eleven of the Clock in the fore-noon to shew
Cause why the said Indenture of Apprenticeship
should not be discharged Given under our Hands & Seal
this 29st. day of August 1769.
