Take Notice that the Defendant John Hutchinson< no role > intend to
appear at the next General Sessions of the peace to be held
at Hicks Hall in and for the County of Middlesex And that
the said John Hutchinson< no role > will then and there Try his Traverse
upon the Indictment prefered against him for an Assault
