Take Notice that I shall Appear at the next General Session of
the Peace to be held for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street in the said County On Monday the fourth
day of September next at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon of
the same day and then and there plead not Guilty to the
Indictment preferred by you against me and at the same
time Try my Traverse thereon Dated the 31st Day of August
1769
