The King agt. Sarah Bonser< no role > on the
Prosecution of James White< no role > for an
Assault

William Clayton< no role > of the Parish of Saint Luke in the
County of Middx Silver Spinner maketh Oath that
he together with one Richard Holland< no role > of became Bail
for the above Defendant in this Court at the last Session that She should taken her
Trial on the sd. Indictment at this present Sessions
in this Court at the last Sessionsand that they had no other Motive for [..] so doing
but She being a very honest Women and,thatShe
and her Husband being extremely poor and having
two Small Children and this Dept. being ignorant of the
practice of the Sessions were informed that they
might Surrender [..] the sd. Deft. and that they have
brought her here for that purpose thinking thereby
they might discharge their Recognizance but totheir
his great Surprize he was informed that he ought
to have given Notice of such Trial he Wednesday
before the Sessions which He has omitted do that
he will take Care that due Notice be given of trying
the sd. Indictmt. the next Session therefore hopes this
Honble. Court will respite then Recognizance till next
Session
