the above named Defendant Maketh Oath
and saith that the above named Prosecutor

prefered a Bill of Indictment
against this Deponent at the last Session of the
Peace held at
Hicks Hall
in and for the county of
Middlesex
to which Indictment this Deponent Gave
Bail in Court to Try his Traverse his present
Session [..] And this Deponent further saith that he
Should accordingly to the his Tryal this Session
pursuant to hisSessionRecognizance but that
he cannot by any me a [..] find out the
Prosecutor place of abode to serve him with
a Notice of Tryal And this Deponent further
saith that at the Nine the pretended Assault
was made the prosecutor Lodged with this
Deponent but that he Left his Lodgings, and is
Gone away And this Deponent saith he hath made
all the Inquiry he Possibly can to find out
the Prosecutor present place of abode to no
purpose [..] amongst his Friends and
acquaintance And this Deponent Lastly saith
that he realy believes the Prosecutor Absconds
that fear of being arested for Debt
