William Cunningham< no role > the father of the
Deceas'd that the Deceasd was 14 Years of Age in
March last was a very healthy boy & never had a
Darp I Ilness nor was never Troubled with any Ruptu [..]
sarp his Buziness Requires his Absence abroad from
morning till evening & Seldom Saw the Deceasd in
the Day time that last Wednesday in the Evening
he Came home & Found the Deceas'd very ill in his
bed he asked the Deceasd what was the Matter
with him he Answered he had been beat by one
Thomas Sharp< no role > for that he had Caught Seven brids out
of Nine that Sharp by order of William Came
A second time and be at him with a Stick a Cross the
Coins that his Son then said he went to Williams
Nets & Williams hit him with his Cane & took him
by the arm & hicked him but did not Say where says
his Son Died last Saturday afternoon but about half
an hour before he Died he Cried out Williams
Williams Distincly he asked him what he Calld
out Williams for the Deceas'd answered Dady
dady he hurt me

and Meazles of wich he recovered some Years since
never knew him to have a Rupture That last
friday was Sennight her Son Complained of
his belly and said he was not well & told her
that Sharp had beat him with a Stick and
