were together in Bakers feilds Cathching of birds
with Bird lime twigs that the Deceased Caught

lick'd him with a Stick th a Cross the back and the
deceas'd fell Down Sr. Cried out murder & Gat up
soon after & Went & sat down upon the Old man Dept

Came up & hit the Deceas'd a Cross the back with
A lane & kicked him in the belly sarp he Saw nothing Further butthe
with the Deceasd Came home together that in
coming home the Deceas'd Complained much of
his back Sarp he Never Saw him but after way
but Saw him on the Saturday afternoon following
In led when the Deceasd was Speechless & insensible
that before he was beat with the Stick & Cane he
complained of nothing & was very healthy
