Fields in the County of Middlesex , and also
to all Constable and other Officers, whom it may con-
cern to receive and convey; and to the Church-wardens,
Chapel-wardens, or Overseers of the Poor of
Parish Sown or place of [..]
in the County of Surry
or either of them, to receive and obey.

WHEREAS Elizabeth Martel [..]
apprehended in the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Field
as a Rogue and Vagabond viz. there
Wandering and laying in the open An
and upon Examination of the said Elizabeth Martel< no role >
taken before Me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that the
Parish Town or place of Putney in
the County of Surry is the place of her
last legal Settlement

THESE are therefore to require you the Constable of the said
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
to convey the said
Elizabeth Martel< no role >
to the Parish of St. Mary Lambath in the County of Surry
that being the first Parish in the next Precinct through which
she ought to pass in the direct Way to Putney
aforesaid to which she is to be
And to deliver her to the Constable of other Officer of the
Parish of Lambeth together with this Pass, and the Dupli [..]
of the Examination of the said Elizabeth Mar [..] taking
Receipt for the same: And the said Elizabeth Mar [..]
to be thence convey
in like manner to Putney aforesaid
there to be delivered to some Church-wardens, Chapel-warde [..]
Overseer of the Poor of the same Place, to be there provide
according to Law: And you the said Church-wardens, Ch [..]
wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, are hereby required to receive
the said Person and provide for her as aforesaid
