County of Middlesex Victualler Maketh Oath that in
or about August last one David Edwards< no role > of the
said parish Dyer was apprehended by Virtue of
a Warrant fromSmart Esqr. one of the Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said County to answer
the Complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the Said parishand was be [..]
for beg getting Ann Nockett< no role > Singlewoman with
Child of a Bastard Child or Children of which
she was then pregnant and the said David
Edwards< no role > was bound in recognizance to appear
at the General sessions of the peace held in Septr.
last to answer the said Complaint, That the
said Ann [..] Nockett hath been with this
Deponent several times and hath informed him that
she was delivered of the Child of which she
was then pregnant in Long alley in the parish
of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the said County
which this Deponent verily believes to be
true
