being bound over to appear at the
Session held in Sep [..] last,and not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that Purpose,
it became forfeited, and Must be estreated into the Court
of Exchequer
, in Order to the issuing of Process thereon
against you for levying the Penalty; Unless, by Appear-
ance and proper Application to Stay Proceedings thereon
at the next [..] which will begin at the New
Guildball,
Westminster
, on Thursday the 6th Day of October next,
the Estreat Shall be respited by the Court.
