Oath that he did yesterday Apply to Mr. Marsden the
Clark to the Office where the said Thomas Kynaston< no role >
made the said Conviction to know who was the Informer
(in Order to serve him with a Copy of an Order of
Session Made in this Matter the fifteeth Day of
Septen be last directing Notice of the Appeal to be
given to the said Informer) That a such his
Application the said Mr. Marsden resorted to the
Book of the Office and as Answer delivered this
Deponent the Annexed Paper where this Deponent
faid and which he believes to be true that the
Informer (if any) is not be found
